About the event
Looking to add some slinky and wavy movements to your dancing? This combo and transition workshop focuses on developing fluidity in your legwork and upper body. We will explore body movements, zig-zag lines, leg rotations, and a holistic inclusion of the body to achieve a smooth, gooey look. Get ready to glide across the dance floor with confidence and grace!
Who is the Workshop suitable for? Dancers should be able to walk and pivot on heels. Should feel comfortable dancing in heels, being able to complete a pirouette.
Prerequisites: Heels: Boots or Sandals are recommended. Can be done without heels too. Kneepads optional.
