Refund policy
For our class and pole hire packages, our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services. If the period of 14 days has passed since the purchase or it is within 24 hours of the booking, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all classes and pole hire. Any classes or hire bookings cancelled later than this time will not be refundable. Classes and pole hires cannot be rescheduled after the 24-hour window.

We DO NOT offer extensions on package durations. You have the option to choose the starting date when you are checking out, so please be mindful when selecting your start date.

Events, workshops and courses are strictly non-refundable. However, you are more than welcome to resell or transfer your spot to someone else.

Exchange policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you wish, you can ask for an exchange on your purchase for one a different service of the same value. If the period of 14 days has passed since the purchase or it is within 24 hours of the booking, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a exchange.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellations policy for all classes and pole hire. Any classes or hire bookings within the 24-hour period before booking start time cannot be rescheduled or exchanged.

Credits between different types of packages, courses, events, or hire are not interchangeable.
