Pole Tricks

“Pole Tricks” classes are suitable for our seasoned dancers that are intermediate +! “Tricks” classes focus on refining inversion moves (ie. any techniques where the hips are above the head). Classes will have one focus trick each and different/leveled entries as well as embellishments to the focus trick to create a beautiful sequence of movement that can be tailored to whatever your needs may be! Whether you are looking to challenge yourself by going upside down, or you are looking to work on flawlessly entering into your inversion tricks, our tricks classes will be a perfect match for you.
